Short and sweet: If you're searching, stop searching right now and call these guys. Full story: It's been really hard finding a service provider for our company (about 40 people).  The websites all look the same.  They all have 4.8+ stars.  When you talk to them, they all say the same thing.  But once you're locked into a contract with a big penalty fee (nearly all of the ones we talked to tried to lock us into 3 years and had BIG penalty fees), you're at the mercy of whatever quality actually exists behind the sales veil.  And you're stuck with whatever additional costs they want to tack on.  We were really worried about finding ourselves committed to a big financial/operational headache. We got pretty far talking to a couple other companies, but we ultimately turned them down because they made our hair stand on end.  Elevated, I was willing to sign with on day one...but we did our due diligence.  Every conversation we had just reinforced that feeling.  They're extremely tech savvy, professional, and proposed cost-conscious options that absolutely nobody else had.  They got us set up on our timeline with almost zero disruption.  They actually seem to care about taking care of our needs as a business and being as transparent as possible so we can take care of what we need to do without wasting time agonizing over IT. We operate a hardware store with a physical store and a small online presence. We have a Windows server and about 25 PC clients. Elevated Tech has been managing our network for about 3 years now and we are very pleased. They are very flexible, but do not hesitate to make suggestions for improving performance, reliability or security. Most of the maintenance work is done remotely and is top quality. The pricing is very reasonable and the value received is excellent. They are large enough that there is always plenty of staff available to help, but not so large that they don’t know us when we request assistance. It’s not unusual at all for the CEO, Austin, to respond directly to one of my questions. Elevated Tech was contracted to manage our IT infrastructure at a critical juncture.  Our servers had been hit by ransom-ware virus, and it was discovered that the back-up files were not usable, which necessitated paying the ransom.  Once the ransom was paid, the problem was further compounded when the disk drives containing the data (almost 4 terabytes) failed, and the drives had to be sent out for forensic analysis in order to be readable.  Elevated was invaluable in helping us recover from this nightmare! The first thing they did was set up a loaner server (at no charge) while our new server was being built.  They then went to each desktop and got our users up and running with Help Desk support, which has been outstanding.  In parallel with this they worked around the clock managing the decryption process on the old server, installing the new server when it arrived, and moving the recovered files to the new server, a process which took over 3 weeks. We have used Elevated with 2 different companies I've worked for and the reason for that is the customer service, level of knowledge, and speed with which problems are resolved.  When I have an IT ticket, I literally sit and wait about 3 minutes for them to respond to either log in and see the error or let me know they've taken care of what I need.  They have a system that allows them to log in with anyone with out needing a secondary website to go to.  Along with superior customer service, knowledge, and speed, they've also helped me tremendously with new projects and upgrades to current services. The most important asset at an IT Consulting Firm are the people and the customer service relationships with clients, and Elevated Technologies puts this priority front and center!! They are a fantastic IT management company! Their skills and knowledge of managing business technologies surpasses all groups in my experiences! My company is a small medical supplies group based out of San Antonio. We were looking for a new IT group, and I am SO lucky to have met Elevated Technologies Jason Rorie during the process! We were on edge a little because our company's experience with switching IT groups in the past has been a nightmare: losing data, being dishonest about familiarity with Sage systems, etc. Jason provided step by step process for how the migration would take place and gave us a simple, quick, and straight forward timeline, and were very reasonably priced! Chris Domingo and Austin Elwell have been such a pleasure to work with and are ALWAYS proactive in fixing any issue that might arise big or small. We've never had downtime that interrupted business operations since signing on with Elevated Technologies! With our previous IT group we had downtime for hours at a time at least once a week. I cannot express enough how happy we are with everything Chris and Austin have helped us implement. They are always chipper and fun to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about our programming.
